Three representatives of CM System were in action at “Brave 25” at the Arena Minas Tênis Clube in Belo Horizonte on August 30, 2019. Two of them lost including Luan “Miau” Santiago, 24, of Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, who relinquished his Brave Combat Federation Lightweight World Championship title to Cleiton “Predator” Silva, 33, of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Cristiano Marcello, 41, is the head coach of CM System, which is based in Curitiba. One member of the team, Gabriel “Fly” Miranda, 29, will compete at “Brave 26” at Coliseo Hernan Jaramillo in Salitre, Bogota on September 7, 2019.

Featuring 11 matches, “Brave 26” will be co-headlined by Miranda and Jon “The Problem” Zarate of Medellin, Colombia. They will battle it out in the lightweight division.

Miranda is looking forward to getting CM System back on track in Bogota. He was in Belo Horizonte, cornering his teammates at “Brave 25.”

The CM System athlete was inspired by his friends even in defeat. He is now finalizing his preparations for “Brave 26.”

“What defines a champion is not the amounts of wins and losses but his ability to face his fears and internal monsters,” Miranda shared. “It wasn’t a good week for our team but this is all part of the sport. Victories and defeats are a part of our day whether we like it or not.”

“It was a tough week but I have to face it head-on and bring home the victory,” Miranda continued. “I’m more motivated than ever by my teammates, and will look to dedicate the win to them.”

Marcello will corner Miranda at “Brave 26.” The CM System head coach, who recently signed with Brave CF, will also be in the corner of Felipe Silva, 35, of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, who will fight Dumar “Corazon de Leon” Roa, 28, in the lightweight division in the main event.

“Having my master alongside me in the trenches makes all the difference in the world,” Miranda noted. “Felipe and I have worked really hard for these wins, and CM System is ready to take over Colombia!”

“Brave 26” is the first Brave CF event to take place in Bogota. Here is a promo:
