The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) and World Mixed Martial Arts Association (WMMAA) are pleased to announce the 2019 Amateur MMA Award nominees. There are four categories namely National Team of the Year, Senior Male Athlete of the Year, Senior Female Athlete of the Year and Junior Athlete of the Year for athletes aged 18-20.
The winners are to be determined by member votes and national federations will be notified directly by the IMMAF about how to take part. Nominees for the publicly voted award Green Hill Performance of the Year will be announced during the week commencing on November 4, 2019 with voting taking place via social media.
In an event during the 2019 IMMAF | WMMAA Unified World Championships in Manama, Bahrain, the ultimate awardees for all categories will be revealed. It will be an invitation-only, black-tie dinner on November 14, 2019.
