Reigning BRAVE Combat Federation Bantamweight World Champion Stephen “The Sniper” Loman, 23, will defend his title at “BRAVE CF 30,” BRAVE CF has confirmed. Training out of Team Lakay in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, he is the longest reigning champion of the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion.

Brave CF will hold “BRAVE CF 30” in Hyderabad, Telangana, India on November 23, 2019. Loman’s challenger and the rest of the fighters on the card have yet to be announced but the promotion gave hints through a poster.

Currently, Loman holds a professional MMA record of 13 wins and 2 losses. The Team Lakay fighter has three successful title defenses as the reigning BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Champion.

Loman became the inaugural Brave CF Bantamweight World Champion on November 17, 2017. He defeated Gurdarshan “Saint Lion” Mangat, 32, at “Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions” at the Khalifa Sports City Arena in Isa Town, Bahrain.

On June 9, 2018, Loman retained his title by defeating Frans “The Black Mamba” Mlambo, 28, of Ireland in a rematch at “Brave 13: European Evolution” in Belfast, Northern Ireland. On November 16, 2018, Felipe Efrain, 24, of Brazil failed to dethrone Loman at “Brave 18: Bahrain” at the Khalifa Sports City Arena.

On March 15, 2019, BRAVE CF made its Philippine debut with “Brave 22: Storm of Warriors” at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. In the main event, Loman retained his belt by knocking out former Brave CF Featherweight Champion Elias “Smile” Boudegzdame, 25, of France.

“BRAVE CF 30” marks the third time BRAVE CF is holding an event in India. The promotion’s first event in the country was “Brave 5: Go for Glory,” which took place at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium in Mumbai, India on April 23, 2017.

On December 2, 2018, BRAVE CF returned to India for “Brave 20.” The event took place at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.

“This is what we do,” BRAVE CF president Mohammed “The Hawk” Shahid said. “India has been amazing to BRAVE Combat Federation and we will begin to return the favor on November 23rd with a stellar fight card that will stop the country. It is our wish to develop the sport further in the country and this is just one of the steps we’re taking in that direction.”
