Training out of TRY H Studio and Itadaki Jiu-Jitsu, Shuya “Stealth” Kamikubo, 24, of Japan has earned his fourth victory in ONE Championship. He was one of the winners at “ONE: Edge of Greatness.”

Featuring four Muay Thai matches and seven mixed martial arts matches, ONE Championship held “ONE: Edge of Greatness” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore on November 22, 2019. In the second bout of the evening, Kamikubo competed in an MMA match in the bantamweight division against Bruno “Puccibull” Pucci, 29, of Brazil.

Yoshinori Umeki served as the referee. Pucci had a strong first round with various submission attempts but Kamikubo turned to his wrestling from the beginning of the second round.

After three five-minute rounds, the bantamweight bout was left in the hands of the judges. In the end, Umeki raised the hand of Kamikubo, who was declared the winner via unanimous decision.

Winning at “ONE: Edge of Greatness” improved the professional MMA record of Kamikubo to 11 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw. On the other hand, Pucci now has 7 wins and 4 losses.
