Vicent Llorach Gonzalez represented Spain at Manhunt International 2018 and competed against 34 other candidates at the QT Gold Coast Ballroom in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia on December 2, 2018. He emerged as the winner.
Runner-up to Llorach was Dale Maher of Australia. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Luca Derin of the Netherlands, Jeff Langan of the Philippines and Mai Tuan Anh of Vietnam.

On February 18, 2020, the 36 official Manhunt International 2020 candidates will be presented to media members at the Platinum Hall of F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The next day, they will visit Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines.
Miss Intercontinental 2015 first runner-up Christi McGarry, 29, and Andre Bruillette will serve as the hosts of the coronation ceremony. It marks the second time the competition is held in the Philippines following the coronation of Ernesto Calzadilla of Venezuela in the country in 1999.
