Louis “Spartacus” Glissman, 29, of Copenhagen, Denmark is the latest addition to the ever expanding BRAVE Combat Federation roster. The officials of the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion has confirmed that the Danish submission artist will compete at “BRAVE CF 37.”
Promoted in association with the local MMA powerhouse AK Fighting Championship, “BRAVE CF 37” will take place at Solnahallen in Stockholm, Sweden on April 18, 2020. This will be BRAVE CF’s first ever event to take place in the Scandinavian country.
Glissman’s BRAVE CF debut is a debut on a par with his skills and potential as he will be welcomed by Andreas “Real Steel” Stahl, 31, of Umea, Vasterbotten, Sweden. They will battle it out in the welterweight division at “BRAVE CF 37.”
With a professional MMA record of 6 wins and 1 loss, Glissman is currently on a six-bout winning streak. He honored his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu background at Arte Suave Copenhagen with an 85 percent finish-ratio in his career, four of which came by way of submission.
On the other hand, Stahl holds a professional MMA record of 12 wins and 4 losses. A product of the renowned Swedish camp Umea Training Center, the striking specialist is currently on a two-bout winning streak.
Stahl was born in Sweden on May 20, 1988. He has been competing professionally since 2009.
The Umea Training Center representative will also make his BRAVE CF debut at “BRAVE CF 37.” He previously competed in Battle of Botnia, Superior Challenge, Cage Fight Live, Heroes Fighting, the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Cage Warriors, German MMA Championship, Absolute Championship Akhmat and M-1 Challenge, among others.
In the main event of “BRAVE CF 37,” Khamzat “Borz” Chimaev, 25, of Sweden will challenge reigning BRAVE Combat Federation Welterweight Champion Jarrah “The Jordanian Lion” Al-Selawe, 26, of Jordan. The Swedish challenger is an undefeated MMA fighter.
