Khamzat “Borz” Chimaev, 25, of Sweden took to Instagram to taunt reigning BRAVE Combat Federation Welterweight Champion Jarrah “The Jordanian Lion” Al-Selawe, 26, of Jordan yet again. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the scheduled bout between the two at “BRAVE CF 37” has been postponed until further notice.
On March 18, 2020, Chimaev posted a small video montage of himself and Al-Selawe. In the video, the BRAVE CF Welterweight Champion is a small kid being pushed by his father on a toy car while another infant, the undefeated Chechen-Swedish MMA fighter, comes by driving by himself a much better car miniature and drives away with a thug-life attitude.

Al-Selawe and Chimaev were supposed to meet in the main event of “BRAVE CF 37″ at the Solnahallen in Stockholm, Sweden on April 18, 2020. But due to the COVID-19 scare, the MMA event was postponed until further notice.
Chimaev trains at the world-renowned AllStars Training Center in Stockholm with the likes of Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson, 33, Reza “Mad Dog” Madadi, 39, and Ilir “The Sledgehammer” Latifi, 36. These Swedish UFC fighters are all huge fans of Chimaev and have been on record saying their younger teammate will soon be the best in the world.
However, for Chimaev, the title bout against Al-Selawe simply represents a step towards immortality. The AllStars Training Center representative has grand plans under BRAVE CF and is looking to start off with a rivalry against the Jordanian champion.
“BRAVE CF 37” was supposed to mark the ninth BRAVE CF fight of Al-Selawe, who is considered the number one pound-for-pound MMA fighter in the Middle East. It would have been his the first defense of his second reign as a world champion.
Al-Selawe currently holds a professional MMA record of 14 wins and 3 losses. On the other hand, Chimaev is an undefeated fighter with 6 wins and 0 loss.
