Switzerland’s Husein Kadimagomaev earns 1st BRAVE CF win, knocks out Sven Fortenbacher at ‘BRAVE CF 40’

Husein “Lamen Borz’’ Kadimagomaev, 20, of Switzerland has earned his first victory in the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion BRAVE Combat Federation. The Russian-Swiss MMA fighter was one of the winners at “BRAVE CF 40,” the promotion’s seventh consecutive event in Europe during the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

In partnership with Swedish MMA promotion Bulldog Fight Night (BFN), BRAVE CF held “BRAVE CF 40” in Stockholm, Sweden on August 24, 2020. In the second bout of the evening, Kadimagomaev fought Sven “Fujin” Fortenbacher, 27, of Germany at a catch weight of 72kg.

Kadimagomaev knocked out Fortenbacher in the second round. Here are the details:

Like Kadimagomaev, Fortenbacher also made his BRAVE CF debut at “BRAVE CF 40.” The two first fought each other as amateur fighters at “Time to Shine 2” on September 3, 2016 in Zurich Switzerland where the Russian-Swiss MMA fighter defeated his German opponent via unanimous decision.

“BRAVE CF 40” marked Kralj’s second BRAVE CF outing. Before joining the Bahrain-based MMA promotion, he competed in Cage Challenge, The Zone Fighting Championship, Lappeenranta Fight Night, Superior Challenge, WTE Fight Championship, Bulldog Fight Night, Wolf Fight Promotion and AK Fighting Championship.
