Shauna Lynn Proctor Kinville, 29, of St. George, Washington County, Utah, United States is not convinced wearing a facemask is necessary amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. She angered many people when she likened wearing a face mask to the fatal arrest of George Floyd.
Aside from St. George, Kinville has also lived in other areas of Utah including Midvale. She previously lived in Rexburg, Idaho, USA.
On August 21, 2020, Kinville was one of the hundreds of protesters who attended a rally hosted by the Liberty Action Coalition at the Washington County School District building on West Tabernacle St. in St. George. They opposed the school mask mandate required statewide by Utah governor Gary Herbert.
“George Floyd was saying ‘I can’t breathe’ and then he died,” Kinville told Utah ABC affiliate KTVX reporter Katie Karalis during the rally. “And now we’re wearing a mask and we say ‘I can’t breathe’ but we’re being forced to wear it anyway.”
On September 13, 2020, Tyler Oakley shared to his almost 6 million Twitter followers a clip of Kinville’s anti-mask comment. On September 15, 2020, Jimmy Kimmel described her in a tweet as “the world’s dumbest person.”
On September 15, 2020, Chelsea Clinton retweeted Kimmel’s tweet. She said Kinville is “not confused” and called the St. George woman a racist.
On September 16, 2020, Richard Marx advised his Twitter followers to not be like Kinville. He described her as an “ignorant f**kstick.”

Shauna Kinville is only 29 but looks like she’s 48 at minimum. Needs to lay off the cheeseburgers because she’s pretty high-risk at the moment.
