9. Accused of masturbating in front of two underage girls in 2018, he was arrested in Brooklyn, New York on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on November 5, 2020. On the same day, he was indicted in Brooklyn Supreme Court and was released without bail at his arraignment.
10. On November 21, 2020, he was arrested in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania, USA. He was accused of abusing a family friend’s daughter, a girl born in 2006, on April 12, 2017 and on April 30, 2017 by asking showing the child a pornographic video and asking her to perform fellatio on him. He was charged with criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
11. On November 23, 2020, he was extradited to New York. On the same day, he resigned from his job as an NYPD cop hours before an arraignment where Brooklyn Criminal Court Judge Kim Peterson ordered him held on $150,000 bail.
12. He was 40 years old when he resigned from the NYPD.
