He and Kevin were among the supporters of Trump who breached the U.S. Capitol while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. He was wearing gloves so their fellow rioters asked him to clear glass from the window sill and he complied before other rioters broke the windows. At approximately 2:13 p.m., he and his father entered the Senate Building through a broken window. Once inside, he took selfies. He was photographed walking down the stairs behind his father and their fellow rioter Aaron Mostofsky. He and his father left the building at 2:36p.m. (b) (c)

He and Kevin were charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on the U.S. Capitol grounds and one count of depredation of government property. He was also charged with destroying property at the U.S. Capitol. (e)
