Bailey Michael Todd Reasoner, 31, of Vernonia, Columbia County, Oregon, United States has been arrested. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, menacing and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).
While driving a black 2016 Chevrolet Colorado on February 16, 2021, Reasoner allegedly tailgated another man and pointed a gun at him near the Hillsboro Police Station in Hillsboro, Washington County, Oregon. A Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputy spotted his car in the parking lot of a Fred Meyer grocery store in Cornelius, Washington County.
Several other deputies arrived and took Reasoner into custody. They found two loaded handguns and a metal pipe while searching his car.
The deputies suspected that the metal pipe was an explosive device. The Portland Police Bureau’s Explosive Disposal Unit later concluded that the device did not contain explosives.
Reasoner was booked into the Washington County Jail in Oregon. He may face additional charges, according to KOIN.
