  4. Wearing a black hooded The North Face jacket, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Trump’s supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he punched a U.S. Capitol Police officer, ripped the officer’s riot shield out of his hand and struck a window with a flagpole. (d)
  5. He was accused of threatening to shoot a man at a highway rest stop in Salisbury, Massachusetts, USA while driving a vehicle covered in Trump bumper stickers on September 14, 2020. He was tracked down by his license plate number. He was ordered to appear in court and but he never showed up. (e)

On the same day, using the name Yankee Patriot, he called the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan 143 times, making threatening remarks and tying up the 911 lines at Calhoun County Central Dispatch for several hours.
