  1. Aside from Long Beach, she has lived in various parts of California including Harbor City, Lomita, Signal Hill, Stockton and Torrance.
  2. On October 11, 2019, she and an Asian-American woman named Kayceelyn Salminao were using the same restroom at the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance when a janitor came in and started checking bathrooms. She verbally assaulted the janitor and when Salminao tried to intervene, she shoved Salminao down to the floor. A formal crime report was taken by the police on October 14, 2019.
  3. In February 2020, she was named in a misdemeanor hit-and-run, in which nobody was injured.
  4. She was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor battery in an incident on April 6, 2020. She was sentenced to five days in county jail and probation.
  5. On June 10, 2020, she yelled at an Asian-American woman named Sherry Bulseco, who was exercising in Charles H. Wilson Park on Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance, “Get the f**k out of this world. Get the f**k out of this state. Go back to whatever f*****g Asian country you belong in, you little f**king b***h! This is not your place. This is not your home. We do not want you here. You put that on Facebook. I hope you do because every f**king person will beat the crap out of you from here on out. Don’t you ever say ‘Oh Jesus’ to me when I want to use the stairs, you little b***h.” On the same day at the same park, she spoke in a mock Asian accent and called an Asian-American man Chinaman. She told the man, a 42-year-old lawyer who was with his 11-year-old son in his car, “I am not a racist person but you know what? You need to go home. This is my country and this is from my government. Go home. Put that on your Facebook. You know what? You are nothing.”
  6. On July 2, 2020,  the Torrance City Attorney’s Office filed a criminal complaint charging her with misdemeanor battery for attacking Salminao at the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance on October 11, 2019. Based on the filing of the criminal complaint, a judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court issued an arrest warrant for her in the amount of $1.
  7. On July 3, 2020, Torrance City attorney Patrick Q. Sullivan did not file charges against her in connection with her racist rants against Asian-American people in Charles H. Wilson Park on June 10, 2020 because there was insufficient evidence to support filing any criminal charges against her. Also on July 3, 2020, Torrance Police Department officers arrested her on a misdemeanor charge. She posted $1 bail and was released at about 4:10 p.m.
  8. She was scheduled for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. on October 5, 2020 at the Torrance Courthouse for assaulting Salminao on October 11, 2019 but she did not show up. At 10:00 a.m., the court issued a bench warrant for her arrest for her failure to appear and set a bail amount for $20,000. She showed to court at 1:30 p.m. so the bench warrant was withdrawn, her victims’ lawyer Sandy Roxas told The Rafu Shimpo.
  9. On October 6, 2020, she agreed to plead no contest to misdemeanor battery for attacking Salminao on October 11, 2019 in exchange for a sentence of 47 days in Los Angeles County Jail plus three years of summary probation with 52 anger management sessions. She was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Asian-American woman and the Del Amo mall in Torrance where she attacked her.
  10. She was 55 years old when she was back in court on May 10, 2021 to say that she could not comply with the sentence imposed on her on October 6, 2020.
