Glenn Allen Brooks is a white man from Huntington Beach, California, United States. Aside from Huntington Beach, he has lived in other parts of California including Westminster, Long Beach, San Diego and La Habra.

Wearing a red, white and blue knit TRUMP hat, a plaid scarf and a red jacket, Brooks went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.

Brooks boasted of his active participation in the U.S. Capitol riot, according to a member of his church prayer text group, who sent a tip to the Federal Bureau of Investigation on January 30, 2021. An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against Brooks, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather on July 27, 2021.
