Miss Intercontinental is an international beauty pageant founded by Rene Lacle. It officially started in Aruba as Miss Teenage Peace Intercontinental in 1973, which was organized by the Amistad magazine and the first international beauty pageant held on the island.
However, Miss Intercontinental considers Miss Universe Peru 1971 Magnolia Martínez Rojas and Miss International 1972 third runner-up Jane Vieira Macambira of Brazil as its first two titleholders. Here is the complete list of all women who held the Miss Intercontinental title:
