Arielle Jean Jackson, 32, was arrested on the afternoon of November 13, 2021. She was charged with one count of aggravated assault and booked into the Dallas County Jail in Dallas, Texas, United States.
At around 12:40 p.m. that day, Jackson boarded a Southwest Airlines flight departing from Dallas Love Field Airport in Dallas to La Guardia Airport in New York City, New York, USA and argued with a flight attendant at the back of the plane. What caused the argument was not immediately revealed.
When Jackson was asked to get off the plane, she argued with another employee, a female operations agent, at the front of the plane. That was when Jackson struck the employee with a closed fist to the head, a Dallas Police Department spokeswoman told Newsweek.
The alleged victim was sent to the hospital that day and was released in the evening. The Southwest Airlines employee, whose name was not released, is currently resting at home.
“We do not have an update on her condition but we have a station manager with her at the hospital with the full support of her Southwest Family sending our thoughts, prayers and love,” Southwest Airlines said of the employee in a statement obtained by NBC News before she was released from the hospital. “Southwest Airlines maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of harassment or assault and fully support our employee as we cooperate with local authorities regarding this unacceptable incident.”
It has yet to be confirmed whether or not Jackson is a resident of Dallas or New York City. She did not have an attorney listed with the Dallas County Jail.

People of many different racial backgrounds have been misbehaving on these planes. Follow the news, and you will see caucasians misbehaving as well. Everyone should be charged and fined for misconduct. Apparently, you’ve been living under a rock, and how does her behavior excuse people being brutally attacked?
