Serbia’s Miro Jurković vs Russia’s Mikhail Allakhverdian at ‘BRAVE CF 56’

“BRAVE CF 56” marks the third fight of Miro Jurković, 34, of Sombor, Serbia in the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion BRAVE Combat Federation. It will be his 15th professional MMA fight.

Featuring nine bouts, “BRAVE CF 56” will be held at the BelExpo Centar in Belgrade, Serbia on December 18, 2021. In the co-main event of the evening, Jurković will fight Mikhail Allakhverdian, 29, of Armenia and Russia in the middleweight division.

Allakhverdian is a BRAVE CF debutante holding a professional MMA record of 9 wins and 3 losses. He is coming out of a knockout loss to Sharaputdin “Golden Boy” Magomedov, 27, of Russia at “AMC Fight Nights 105” in Sochi, Russia on October 16, 2021.

Jurković’s original “BRAVE CF 56” opponent was Chad “Superman” Hanekom, 28, of South Africa. The latter was pulled out of the fight card due to travel restrictions amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and was replaced by Allakhverdian a week before fight night.

Fighting professionally since 2013, Jurković made his BRAVE CF debut at “BRAVE CF 39” in Sweden on August 15, 2020. He was knocked out by Andreas “Bane” Gustafsson Berg, 30, of Gävle, Sweden.

On March 25, 2021, Ikram Aliskerov, 29, of Makhachkala, Russia submitted Jurković via kimura at “BRAVE CF 49: Super Fights” at the Arad Fort in Bahrain. The loss downgraded the Serbian MMA fighter’s professional MMA record to 11 wins and 4 losses.
