Here’s some of my footage. Can you find the terror? Notice the Capitol Police just milling out with us not saying a work to anyone. I got bored and had to ask me how to get out and then tap another on the shoulder and politely ask him to move so I could get by. He stepped aside placed his hand on my shoulder and gently escorted me by. At no time did I feel us our any Capitol Police were in danger. TELL ME AGAIN WHERE DO YOU SEE THE TERROR?”
10. A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey on November 24, 2021.

For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building and parading, or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
