Logan Elizabeth Gibbs, 26, of Holdenville, Hughes County, Oklahoma, United States was employed as a teacher’s aide when she allegedly had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a male student. After learning about the allegation, a Holdenville school district administrator contacted the Hughes County Sheriff’s Office.
On March 3, 2022, the Hughes County Sheriff’s Office asked help from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI). During the investigation, the male student Gibbs allegedly had a relationship with revealed that she had sent him nude photos and requested nude photos of him be sent to her.
On March 7, 2022, the ICAC task force arrested Gibbs without incident at her Holdenville residence. She was booked into the Hughes County Jail in Holdenville.
Gibbs is facing 10 charges. These are two counts of solicitation of a minor, two counts of lewd or indecent proposal to a child, two counts of displaying of material harmful to minor, two counts of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act and two counts of rape in the second degree.
