Brenda Aultman and her husband Terry Aultman, who were residents of Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida, United States, have died. She was 55 and he was 48.

On March 6, 2022, Brenda and Terry were riding their bikes from Main Street in Daytona Beach when someone attacked them on North Wild Olive Avenue in Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Police Department chief Jakari Young told WFTV. Neighbors called the police after seeing the couple lying on the side of the road.

Brenda and Terry were stabbed several times. Their throats were slashed.

Before fleeing the scene, the attacker allegedly dragged Brenda and Terry’s bodies out of the road and onto the grass. The suspect has yet to be determined but a man wearing light-colored or white pants and a backpack is being sought by police.

In September 2021, Brenda and Terry bought a house in Daytona Beach. The couple walked to the beach everyday, their neighbor Jesse Dylan told WESH.

“It was like their dream house,” Dylan said of Brenda and Terry. “They bought bicycles. They just bought a jeep. They were loving it. They loved the neighborhood.”
