2. Aside from Bowie, he has lived in other parts of Arizona including Cochise, Phoenix, Desert Hills and Glendale.
3. He previously lived in Las Vegas, Nevada.
4. He believed that Donald Trump, not Joe Biden, won the U.S. presidential election on November 3, 2020.
5. Carrying a light green backpack and wearing a black worn leather jacket, black leather gloves, beige cargo pants and beige sneakers, he entered to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Trump’s supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Biden’s victory in the U.S. 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he was caught on camera throwing several punches at one officer, pushing another officer and grabbing the baton of a third officer.
6. On October 28, 2021, a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent interviewed him outside his Bowie residence. He admitted to the agent that he was at the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021.
7. In December 2021, a federal criminal case was filed against him but it was later terminated.
8. A criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather on March 14, 2022. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding officers; civil disorder; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building and act of physical violence in the U.S. Capitol grounds or buildings.
9. On March 15, 2022, he was arrested in Tucson, Arizona.
10. He was 50 years old when he was arrested on March 15, 2022.
