Miss Eco International 2021 Gizzelle Mandy Uys, 24, of Pretoria, South Africa will crown her successor on March 17, 2022 at the Jolie Ville Resort & SPA kings Island Luxor in Luxor, Egypt. It is the seventh edition of the international beauty pageant.
Uys was crowned Miss Eco International 2021 at the Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh in Nasrany, Sharm El-Sheikh, South Sinai, South Sinai Governorate, Egypt on April 4, 2021. She bested 38 other candidates.

Runner-up to Uys was Kelley Day, 24, of the Philippines. Alexandria Kelly, 24, of the United States, Steffanía Alejandra Rodríguez Vivas, 22, of Venezuela and Kristel Ruiz Freeman, 22, of Costa Rica were the second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
