Professionally known as Bruce Willis, Walter Bruce Willis is a retired actor born in Idar-Oberstein, Birkenfeld, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany to an American father named David Willis and a German mother named Marlene Willis. David was a soldier, a welder, a master mechanic and factory worker while Marlene worked in a bank.

Marlene is from Kassel, Germany while Davis is from Carneys Point Township, Salem County, New Jersey, United States. They have two more sons namely Robert Willis and David Willis Jr. and a daughter named Florence Willis.
