“That airbag packs a punch,” Us Weekly quoted Ackles as saying. “He’s like, ‘I feel like I went 12 rounds with (Mike) Tyson.’ But he is doing okay and he’s moving around.”
“But yeah, (it was a) really, really bad car accident,” Ackles continued. “Just keep him in your thoughts, send him some love if you get a chance on social and he’ll be back with us soon.”
Padalecki plays Cordell Walker in The CW series “Walker“, which premiered on The CW on January 21, 2021. Ackles will play Soldier Boy in “The Boys“, which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 3, 2022.
Born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA, Tyson won his first 19 professional fights by knockout and reigned as the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990. He was the first heavyweight boxer to simultaneously hold the World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Council (WBC) and International Boxing Federation (IBF) titles.
On April 21, 2022, Tyson was caught on camera repeatedly punching Melvin George Townsend III, 36, of Punta Gorda, Florida, USA during their JetBlue flight from San Francisco, California, USA to Miami, Florida. Townsend allegedly repeatedly said Tyson’s name and threw a water bottle at the boxer before being punched by the boxer.
