The Glamanand Supermodel India 2022 coronation night will be held at Zee Studios in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India on September 4, 2022. It is the eighth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects India’s Miss International, Miss Grand International, Miss Multinational, Miss Globe International and Miss Tourism World candidates.

Currently, India has 18 Miss International placements, including the first runner-up finishes of Iona Pinto in 1960, Diya Abraham in 1997 and Shonali Nagrani in 2003. The most recent one was in 2012 when Rochelle Maria Rao finished in the Top 15.

Zoya Afroz, 28 of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India was crowned Miss International India 2021 at Glamanand Supermodel India 2021 at the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, India on August 21, 2021. She will represent India at Miss International 2022 in Tokyo, Japan on December 13, 2022.
