  2. Aside from Fitchburg, he lived in other parts of Massachusetts including Leominster, Pittsfield, Shirley and Gardner.
  3. He is the father of the two of the three children of his former girlfriend Fredina Davis.
  4. On the evening of February 16, 2009, he entered Fredina’s apartment in Pittsfield through the fire exit of a neighbor. He told the neighbor he lost his key. When he entered the apartment, he hid in the bedroom closet. At the time, he and Fredina were no longer in a relationship and he was living in a different address in Pittsfield.
  5. At around 4:30 a.m. on February 17, 2009, after Fredina and her new boyfriend Nicholas Y. Beauchamp, then 21, finished having sex in their bedroom in Pittsfield, he sprung from the closet and stabbed Beauchamp multiple times.
  6. On July 12, 2010, he appeared in court before Berkshire Superior Court Judge John A. Agostini and admitted to single counts of armed assault with intent to kill and entering without breaking in the nighttime. He served time at Northeast Correctional Center in Concord, Massachusetts until his parole in January 2015.
  7. He was 11 years older than her former fiancée Mary Anderson of Harvard, Massachusetts. In November 2021, she broke off her engagement to him.
  8. She is accused of killing Anderson. She went missing on July 16, 2022 and was found dead in her 2017 Toyota Tacoma in Brattleboro, Vermont, USA on July 19, 2022.
  9. On July 19, 2022, members of the Vermont State Police and the Brattleboro Police Department saw him armed with a knife while walking in a wooded area between Bonnyvale Road and South Street in Brattleboro. One police officer and two troopers fired their weapons and fatally shot him.
  10. He died at the age of 34.
