That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. After the riot, she took a video of herself and said they were looking for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “to shoot her in the friggin’ brain” but they “didn’t find her.” (f)
  11. On January 20, 2021, she was interviewed by a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent. She told the agent she took a video of herself and Santos-Smith while inside the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021. She sent the video to her children, who asked her to delete it. An FBI agent filed a criminal complaint against her and Santos-Smith, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on January 28, 2021. On January 29, 2021, she and Santos-Smith were arrested in Pennsylvania. For her participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, she was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in any restricted building or grounds and violent entry and disorderly conduct on U.S. Capitol grounds.
