Sinsamut Klinmee, 26, of Pattaya, Thailand was one of the winners at “ONE 159“. It marked his second victory in ONE Championship‘s striking-only league ONE Super Series.

Featuring four Muay Thai fights, four mixed martial arts matches and one kickboxing contest, “ONE 159” was held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore on July 22, 2022. In the third bout of the evening, Klinmee fought Liam “Lethal” Nolan, 25, of London, England in a Muay Thai fight in the lightweight division.

Olivier Coste served as the referee of the lightweight bout. He stopped it after 5 seconds in the second round after Klinmee knocked out Nolan via left hook.

With the knockout win, Klinmee received a $50,000 bonus from ONE Championship chief executive officer Chatri Sityodtong. The victory improved Klinmee’s professional Muay Thai and kickboxing record to 80 wins, 16 losses and 3 draws and downgraded Nolan’s record to 20 wins, 7 losses and 1 draw.

Nolan is 6’2″ tall and he trains at The Knowlesy Academy in Edgware, England, United Kingdom. He solely represented the U.K. at “ONE 159”.

Klinmee is 6’0″ tall and he trains at Venum Training Camp in Pattaya. He and three other fighters represented Thailand at the ONE Championship event.

Including the U.K. and Thailand, a total of 11 countries were represented. The others were Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Turkey and the United States.

In 2003, Klinmee had his first Muay Thai fight in Pattaya. When he made his ONE Super Series debut at “ONE Championship: X” at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 26, 2022, he knocked out Nieky Holzken, 38, of Helmond, Netherlands via punch.

Klinmee considers his brother Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee, 35, as his greatest inspiration. The latter is the reigning the reigning Lion Fight Middleweight Champion and a former World Kickboxing Network Muay Thai Welterweight World Champion.
