Miss South Africa 2022 predictions: Tamsyn Jack, Ndavi Nokeri, Luvé Meyer

Miss South Africa 2021 Lalela Mswane of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa will crown her successor at the SunBet Arena in Time Square, Pretoria, South Africa on August 13, 2022. It is the 64th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects South Africa’s Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Supranational candidates.

Currently, South Africa has three Miss Universe crowns, which were won by Margaret Gardiner in 1978, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters in 2017 and Zozibini Tunzi in 2019, and three Miss World crowns, which were won by Penelope Coelen in 1958 and Rolene Strauss in 2014. Representing the African country, Anneline Kriel was runner-up to Miss World 1974 Helen Morgan of the United Kingdom but Morgan was dethroned because she had a child so Kriel was crowned as the new titleholder.

Crowned Miss South Africa 2021 on October 16, 2021, Mswane became second runner-up to Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu of India on December 13, 2021. On July 15, 2022, Mswane was crowned Miss Supranational 2022.

From 30 candidates, only 10 were chosen to compete in the Miss South Africa 2022 coronation night. After checking their photos, videos and profiles, I selected the five finalists who I believe will make it to the top:

  • Lebogang Mahlangu, 26, Soshanguve, Tshwane, Gauteng
  • Luvé Meyer, 25, Brackenfell, Cape Town, Western Cape
  • Ndavi Nokeri, 23, Tzaneen, Limpopo
  • Pearl Ntshehi, 25, Mamelodi, Tshwane, Gauteng
  • Tamsyn Jack, 25, Somerset West, Western Cape

Out of these five finalists, I believe these will be the three winners:
