Mona Ftouhi, Samantha Jean-François to headline ‘HEXAGONE MMA 4’ in Dubai, UAE; Marie Loiseau, Eleni Mytilinaki in co-main event


Dubai, United Arab Emirates will host “HEXAGONE MMA 4” on August 28, 2022. It is the first overseas event of HEXAGONE MMA, the largest mixed martial arts promotion in France. The promotion is going international for the 2022-2023 season.

Mona Ftouhi of Tunisia and Samantha Jean-François, 35, of France will headline “HEXAGONE MMA 4”. They will fight for the HEXAGONE MMA Women’s Strawweight World Championship title.

In the co-main event of the evening, Marie Loiseau, 42, of France and Eleni Mytilinaki, 21, of Greece will fight for the HEXAGONE MMA Women’s Bantamweight World Championship title. Learn more about the fighters and the fight card below:


Mona Ftouhi 

In 2014, Ftouhi started training in MMA as she philosophically enjoyed what it represented as the embodiment of life’s challenges and since then, she has amassed six fight. Her two-fight winning streak, coupled with her exciting, aggressive style, has catapulted her to the top of the Strawweight division.

Now, Ftouhi is one of the top ranked women competing in France. Training out of Science Duca in Marseille, France, the French-Tunisian surrounds herself with some of the top talent in the MMA world in France. 


Samantha Jean-François 

Based in Marseille, Jean-François is trained by David Ducanovic. She is the first woman from Reunion Island to fight in a cage.

Jean-François has a record of achievements that would make many blush: world champion in grappling, kick-boxing and French champion in K1. With the strength of her fists and her feet, she has built an outstanding career and the opportunity to cap off the achievement with a world championship in MMA.


Marie Loiseau 

While Loiseau started MMA late, she has shot up the rankings. She is one of the best French fighters with a lot of ambition.

“The ultimate goal is to get a belt to establish my legitimacy,” Loiseau said. She trains out of RNKFight Paris in Paris, France.


Elena Mytilinaki 

Training out of the top mixed martial arts gym in Athens, Greece, Mytilinaki has risen to stardom rapidly with her impressive performances. She is the top female mixed martial artist hailing from Greece. 

Mytilinaki is a kickboxer who was undefeated in her kickboxing career, going 23-0. She then moved into MMA.
