At around 10:30 p.m. on October 2, 2022, he was eating a burger in his car with a female friend, then 17, in the parking of a McDonald’s in San Antonio when San Antonio Police Department officer James Brennand shot at him 10 times. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to University Hospital in San Antonio.
  12. He was 17 years old when Brennand shot him on October 2, 2022.
  13. On October 11,2022, his attorney confirmed that he is still unconscious and is on life support.

  1. If a police officer is going to fear for his life when he approaches a person of color, maybe he should take a job with FedEx. Fearing for your life when you see a person of color is cowardice plain and simple.
