  8. On May 6, 2022, he pleaded guilty to assaulting Fanone.
  9. On October 27, 2022, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced him to 90 months in prison, three years of supervised release and restitution to be determined later by the Court. 
  10. He was 43 years old and engaged to his two daughters’ mother when he was sentenced on October 27, 2022 to 7 years and 6 months in prison.
