Miss Georgia USA 2023 will be crowned at the Henry County Performing Arts Center in McDonough, Henry County, Georgia, United States on November 19, 2022. It is the 70th edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Georgia’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Georgia currently holds 26 Miss USA placements including the first runner-up finish of Erin Nance in 1993. The most recent one was in 2020 when Alyssa Beasley finished in the Top 16.

Representing Coastal Georgia, Holly Haynes was 26 when she was crowned Miss Georgia USA 2022 at The Avalon in McDonough on February 26, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Vanessa Van Dyke, Jordan Meachum, EmmaKate Few and Britain Bennett.
