9. On November 14, 2022, he was arrested. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding officers, and interfering with law enforcement officers during a civil disorder, both felonies, and five related misdemeanor offenses.
10. He was 49 years old when he was arrested on November 14, 2022.
