August Alsina, 30, has not officially come out as gay but some people are expecting or wishing him to do so soon. This is after the episode of “The Surreal Life” Season 7 that aired on VH1 on November 21, 2022.
“I would like a love that feels limitless and then what do you know?” Alsina said in the episode. “Love showed up but in a new way. I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching me so much about love and healing.”
“I want to do that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like,” Alsina continued. That was when an artist named LA Zu, also known as Zu, sat next to Alsina.
Zu and Alsina shared a hug and said “I love you” to each other. What this is all really about is something their fans should find out in the next episode of “The Surreal Life” Season 7.
On June 24, 2022, Zu and Alsina released a single titled “2AM“, which is 2 minutes and 58 seconds. On July 22, 2022, the two artists released another single titled “Yeah, Yeah“, which is 2 minutes and 54 seconds long.

Alsina is friends with Jaden Smith, 24, and Willow Smith, 22. Jaden and Willow’s parents Will Smith, 54, and Jada Pinkett Smith, 51, have been married since 1997.
In June 2020, Alsina claimed that Will gave him permission to enter a relationship with Jada. According to Jada, during a period of time when she and Will were separated, she had a romantic relationship with Alsina, which she referred to as an entanglement.
