Why no fingerprints? Where is the murder weapon? Was the murder weapon brought to the scene? Why no confession? Why would a guy rape and murder two women in one year then have no contact with law enforcement the next 39 years? The police believe he was living in Toronto in 1983 that is different than knowing it. The lawyer has his work cut out. The lawyer asked for and received a comprehensive publication ban. Bring back the death penalty.
