The couple secured a temporary restraining order. On November 30, 2022, Jackson was released on her own recognizance.
After being released, Jackson was involved in an injury crash in Dublin, Ohio. She was not arrested but officers issued a summons for her to appear in court.
On December 15, 2022, Jackson showed up again at Davies’s apartment and demanded to see her two children and when he refused, she repeatedly punched him in the face. On December 16, 2022, she failed to appear for her arraignment so a warrant was issued for her arrest.
On the evening of December 19, 2022, Barnett went inside a Donatos Pizza restaurant in Columbus to pick up a Door Dash order and left her black Honda Accord running. Kason and Kyair were both inside the car when Jackson took the car.
