The Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 coronation night will be held at Centro de Bellas Artes de Caguas in Caguas, Puerto Rico on January 29, 2023. It is the seventh edition of the beauty pageant that selects Puerto Rico’s Miss Earth candidate.

Currently, Puerto Rico has five Miss Earth placements. Representing the commonwealth, Vanessa de Roide Toledo, Krystal Badillo and Paulina Avilés-Feshold finished in the Top 8 in 2005, 2020 and 2022, respectively, while Yeidy Enid Bosques Peres is Miss Earth-Fire 2010 and Nellys Pimentel is Miss Earth 2019.

Avilés-Feshold was crowned Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2022 on January 20, 2022. Also crowned were Miss Earth-Water Puerto Rico 2022 Natalia Andrea, Miss Earth-Air Puerto Rico 2022 Annais Rojas and Miss Earth-Fire Puerto Rico 2022 Valeria Classen.
