Nelson Alejandro Perez-Valdivia, 23, of Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States improperly displayed a gun in January 2022. He was out on bond for a weapons charge when he committed another crime on December 23, 2022.
That day, Perez-Valdivia sat in the passenger seat of a green Lamborghini. Another man drove the vehicle more than 100 miles per hour southbound down the Palmetto Expressway in Miami, Miami-Dade County.
At around 2:00 a.m. that day, Perez-Valdivia shot 14 bullets into the air while sitting in the Lamborghini. Perez-Valdivia filmed the shooting.
Later, Perez-Valdivia posted the video on Instagram. The driver was seen going 111 miles an hour at some points in the video.
On the morning of December 26, 2022, Perez-Valdivia turned himself in to Florida Highway Patrol troopers. The Doral resident arrived in a dark sport utility vehicle.
Perez-Valdivia was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Detention Center in Miami. He was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, improper exhibition of a weapon, resisting an officer without violence and 14 counts of discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
On December 27, 2022, Perez-Valdivia will face a judge, who will decide his bond. In February 2023, he will attend a hearing for an older weapon charge.

Not speaking English does not make a person a bad person but my opinion is Miami has only changed for the worse in last 20 years due to more bad people then ever .
Not implying all coming in are bad , MOST are not but simply the quality of plenty is the worse Miami has seen since the boat lift of 80 .
Light skin Hispanics law breakers from what I have seen are treated way better by the mostly Cuban police then Blacks , this is hurting us all and I am a light skin Cuban.
