Jordan Douglas Krah, 40, of Denver, Colorado, United States previously lived in Newnan, Georgia, USA. He has also lived in different parts of California, USA including Walnut Creek, Alamo and San Ramon and Goleta.
On December 24, 2022, Krah was at an In-N-Out Burger in San Ramon where he approached customers Arine Kim and Elliot Ha. While trying some items off the secret menu, Kim and Ha were recording themselves on TikTok.
“You’re filming yourself while eating?” Krah asked Kim and Ha. “You’re weird homosexuals.”
Neither Kim nor Ha knew Krah. The pair continued filming while the Denver resident went on with his racist and homophobic rant.
“Are you Japanese or Korean?” Krah asked Kim and Ha. “Are you Japanese or Korean? Are you Kim Jong Un’s boyfriend? You have gay sex with him?”
After exiting the restaurant, Krah allegedly stood outside staring at Kim and Ha for several minutes. Store employees later walked Kim and Ha out to their car to make sure Krah was not lurking around.
On the morning of December 25, 2022, Krah allegedly harassed Abigail Halili and her siblings, who were peeking into a store in Danville, California. He was driving a silver Mustang with a Florida, USA license plate.
The siblings are of Filipino descent. They did not know Krah.
Krah called Halili and her sibling “Filipino idiot”, she told KTVU. He allegedly asked them to leave and accused them of vandalizing the shop and robbing the place.
According to San Ramon Police Department chief Denton Carlson, Krah has been arrested. The Denver resident was booked into the Contra Costa County Jail in Martinez, California.

Funny thing – the guy apparently has a unit in a condo called The Glass House. Confucius says, “Man who lives in a glass house should not throw stones.”
