Cecil Timothy Morrison, 41, of Denton, Texas, United States was hired by Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas in April 2018. He worked there as a teacher and the football team’s offensive coordinator.
Aside from Denton, Morrison has lived in other parts of Texas including Garland, Wylie, North Richland Hills, Haltom City and Stephenville. He was one of the 23 people recently arrested in Southlake, Texas in Operation Demand Suppression, a multi-agency operation focused on suppressing the demand for prostitution.
The Flower Mound Police Department participated in the operation from January 12-23, 2023. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security spearheaded by the operation.
As part of the operation, law enforcement personnel responded to online solicitations for prostitution. Meet ups were arranged at the Hilton at Southlake Town Square in Southlake with the coordination and cooperation of hotel management and staff.
Upon arrival to the hotel, Morrison and 22 others suspects were arrested without incident. They were each charged with the solicitation of prostitution.
After the arrest, Marcus High School positioned Morrison on administrative department. On January 18, 2023, he submitted his resignation, according to the Lewisville Independent School District.
