Operation Demand Suppression was a multi-agency operation focused on suppressing the demand for prostitution. It resulted in the arrests in Frisco, Texas, United States of 22 men from Texas and one man from Colorado, USA from January 12-13, 2023.

Jeff Cheney, 48, is the incumbent mayor of Frisco, which named the fastest growing city in the U.S. in 2017. Former Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Will Campuzano, 36, fought out of Frisco while the reigning Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel, 28, was born in Houston, Texas, which is around 270 miles away from Frisco.

The Frisco Police Department participated in the operation spearheaded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As part of the operation, law enforcement personnel responded to online solicitations for prostitution.  

Meet ups were arranged at the Hyatt near Stonebriar Centre, an upscale hotel in Frisco, with the coordination and cooperation of hotel management and staff. Upon arrival to the hotel, the suspects were arrested without incident, interviewed by Frisco Police Department detectives and booked into the Collin County Jail in McKinney, Texas.

Each of the 23 arrestees was charged with the solicitation of prostitution. Here is the list:
