Lily Mestemacher, 29, of Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas, United States is intersexual. She identifies as a woman.

On January 31, 2023, the Oxford Police Department in Oxford, Lafayette County, Mississippi, USA became aware of bomb threats toward an area in Oxford. Investigators discovered that it was Mestemacher who allegedly made the bomb threats on social media while she was in Conway.

The area in question in Oxford was searched and deemed safe. Mestemacher waived extradition after she was arrested and charged with false reporting of placing explosives.

On February 10, 2023, Mestemacher was transported to Oxford. A judge in Lafayette County Justice Court set bail for the Conway resident at $50,000.
