Fort Bragg soldier Angel Luis Rosa removed from JetBlue airplane, arrested at Raleigh-Durham International Airport

Angel Luis Rosas, 24, is a soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, United States. On March 14, 2023, he was allegedly intoxicated while he was a passenger of a JetBlue airplane.

At the time, Rosas was wearing a military uniform. He is accused of refusing to wear his seatbelt during the flight so he was kicked off the flight at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) in Cedar Fork Township, Wake County, North Carolina.

While the employees at the RDU ticket counter were trying to get him on another flight, he allegedly started chasing people around the terminal. He also allegedly used foul language and approached ramp workers and a flight attendant.

Police officers escorted Rosas out of the airport. He was arrested and charged with drunken and disorderly conduct.

The Fort Bragg soldier was released on a written promise to appear. In April 2023, he will appear in court.

Built in 1918, Fort Bragg is a military installation of the U.S. Army. Without around 54,000 military personnel, it is one of the largest military installations in the world.

Academy Awards 2015 Best Actress Julianne Moore, 62, was born in Fort Bragg. Former National Football League players Joe Morris, 62, and Ernie Logan, 54, were also both born in the military installation.
