Tualatin, Oregon’s German Pascual, Vincent Namauleg arrested by Lake Oswego Police Department

Both German Dominguez Pascual, 47, and Vincent S. Namauleg, 31, are residents of Tualatin, Oregon, United States. Pascual is a former resident of Kailua Kona, Hawaii, USA while Namauleg previously lived in Portland, Oregon and in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington, USA.

On March 23, 2023, the Lake Oswego Police Department in Lake Oswego, Oregon conducted a human sex trafficking mission. To conduct the operation, the department worked with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, the Oregon City Police Department, the Milwaukie Police Department and the Sandy Police Department.

During the operation, law enforcement officers posed as decoys, who were contacted by men offering to pay money in exchange for the decoys to perform requested sexual acts. Pascual, Namauleg, Terrance A. Schloth, 52, of Gresham, Multnomah County, Oregon and five other men were arrested after responding and meeting with the decoys.

Schloth initially gave a false name so he was charged for commercial sexual solicitation and the additional charge of giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a citation. Pascual, Namauleg and the other five men were released after being cited for commercial sexual solicitation.

Tualatin was incorporated as a city in 1913. Its name is taken from the Tualatin River, a tributary of the Willamette River in Oregon.

Football players Taylor Hart, 32, and Wyatt Houston, 28, were both born in Tualatin. Frank Bubenik, 59, is the incumbent mayor of the city.
