Shy’Tiona Jazziemysha Bishop, 20, and Jada Harris, 18, are residents of Cocoa, Brevard County, Florida, United States. They both worked as health care workers at the Market Street Memory Care facility in Melbourne, Brevard County.

On April 3, 2023, Bishop and Harris taunted and abused an elderly woman on a live stream on Snapchat. Since August 2022, the elderly woman, who has dementia, has been a patient at the Market Street Memory Care facility, which specializes in care of patients with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

On April 4, 2023, the patient was seen pacing back and forth and yelling. On April 7, 2023, Harris and Bishop were arrested and booked into the Brevard County Jail Complex in Sharpes, Brevard County.

Bishop was charged with video voyeurism and abuse and neglect of elderly or disabled adult. Her bond has been set at $4,000.

On April 8, 2023, Bishop made her initial appearance in court. She has been released.

Harris was charged with video voyeurism, abuse and neglect of elderly or disabled adult and interception or disclosure of wired communications. Her bond was set at $6,000.

On May 9, 2023, Harris will make her initial appearance in court. She has also been released.
