Why The Woodlands, Texas’s Grant Tozer resigned from Magnolia Independent School District

Grant Tozer, 26, of The Woodlands, Texas, United States is a former employee of the Magnolia Independent School District. He was a teacher at Magnolia High School in Magnolia, Montgomery County, Texas.

While employed as a Magnolia High School teacher, Tozer was allegedly involved in an improper relationship with a student. He resigned from the school district after a complaint was filed against him.

On April 11, 2023, investigators with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office and the Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed search and arrest warrants on Tozer. He was taken into custody at his residence in The Woodlands without incident.

The investigation is still ongoing. Tozer was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and improper relationship between educator and student.

Greg Quinn, 53, became the assistant principal of Magnolia High School in July 2018. He has been the principal since June 2019.

Both Major League Baseball players Jordan Groshans, 23, and Adam Kloffenstein, 22, attended Magnolia High School. The school offers several athletic programs including baseball, basketball, softball, football, volleyball, golf, powerlifting, track, cross country, team tennis and swimming and diving.
