Larry Neff Jarvis, 74, is a registered sex offender in Utah, United States. He is one of the operators of the Lehi Farmers Market in Lehi, Utah County, Utah.

Aside from Lehi, Jarvis has lived in other parts of Utah including Orem and Saratoga Springs. He also previously lived in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

Jarvis is 5’10” tall. His registered weight is 220 pounds.

In 1995, Jarvis was convicted on two counts of attempted sexual assault in Arizona. The Utah Sex Offender Registry listed his address at a residence in Saratoga Springs.

On April 10, 2023, a detective with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office was assigned to investigate the Lehi Farmers Market. It was reported to be operating in violation of Utah County code and zoning ordinances.

Detectives found out that Jarvis lives at the location of the Lehi Farmers Market. He has not lived in Saratoga Springs since January 2023 but he did not update his address as required by the Utah Sex Offender Registry.

Moreover, detectives found Jarvis dressed as the character Elmo from the children’s show “Sesame Street” in multiple postings of the Lehi Farmers Market on Facebook and Instagram. On April 14, 2023, they went to the property and arrested him.

A few hours after being booked into the Utah County Jail in Spanish Fork, Utah County, Utah, Jarvis posted $5,000 bond and was released. He was charged with failure to update sex offender registry address, a third-degree felony, and sex offender violation in protected area, a class A misdemeanor.
