Kevin Lamar Fair, 23, is a police officer in Delhi, Richland Parish, Louisiana, United States. He is 6’1″ tall and he weighs around 178 pounds.

In 2019, Fair graduated from Delhi High School on Main Street in Delhi. He was a member of the school’s boys varsity football team.

On July 11, 2022, a Delhi alderwoman made a recommendation to hire Fair as a full-time officer for the town pending all pre-employment screenings, which was seconded by an alderman. Like the alderwoman and the alderman, three other aldermen voted yes.

in November 2022, Fair allegedly assaulted a woman in two separate incidents on Blanchard Street in West Monroe, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. At the time, they were living together in the residence where the alleged assaults took place.

In the first incident, Fair allegedly grabbed and pushed the woman. In the second incident, he allegedly choked her.

Videos of the incidents were recently shared on social media. The woman in the videos is Fair’s former girlfriend.

After receiving a complaint related to the incidents, the West Monroe Police Department was contacted by the Delhi Police Department on May 5, 2023. When the victim was contacted by the Delhi Police Department, she confirmed that the man attacking her in the videos is Fair.

Fair has been arrested. There are still no details about the charges he is facing.
